When placing a web order, it states to come to pick up counter and state the name on the order. This is the second time at this location that I've been ignored by the workers even though they are acknowledging other customers.I hate to think that it's because I'm black but it definitely feels that way..My comment is.... do better

Whenever I come to Five Guys, I receive awesome customer service. However, I went one night with my boyfriend and watched a manager throw a temper tantrum over a refund. On 03/22/24, my boyfriend and I went to go into Five Guys in Hanover when a customer who was walking back in warned us about ordering tonight due to her receiving the wrong order. When we walked in, the manager threw a HUGE temper tantrum over them giving her the WRONG order. The manager refused to help her right away and was giving unnecessary attitude not only to the customer but to her crew. The crew looked terrified because of the manager and I honestly felt sorry for them. I understand if you have a busy Friday or a hard day, but you don’t treat your customers like crap over a mistake you did. Whoever this manager is, I hope she can get lessons on better customer service and learns how to treat people better in general. I hope she’s not there when I return because I truly do not want to eat at an establishment with such a terrible person who is running the show. Five Guys, do better with your management. This was honestly atrocious.

The food was fine. However, the prices were absolutely absurd. We had two hamburgers, a large fry, and a medium drink. The total was almost $40. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant with much better food for the money. It's just not worth it .
