Sadly, Genova's has become one of the worst fast food dining options in Hanover, PA. We've always been advocates for supporting local businesses but Genova's is heading off the list. It started around two years ago with late deliveries and incorrect orders, missing items from orders, and orders received where the pizza box was delivered upside-down, gravy for fries spewed throughout the bag, etc. The final episode, when placing a delivery order through the app it stated the delivery would be 1:20 minutes. So be it. Two hours later the order is still "on its way". Canceled the order and ordered from a competitor, the food was delivered in 25 minutes. If other restaurants can manage their services, why can't Genova's?

We have been to this restaurant a few times. Food pretty good except for the salad I had ordered. A small tossed"salad" was 5.99. Since I didn't want tomatoes, it consisted of a bowl of greens, a small amount of onion and croutons, nothing else, like carrots, cucumber etc. Then they gave me one little cup of dressing which was not near enough to coat the bowl of greens. I did t want to waste it so asked gor another cup of dressing. The young lady was going to charge me and then the other girl said not yo since I got a "salad". You really need to reinvent what you term as a "tossed salad"

Waiting 30 minutes past my pick up time for my food to be ready, along with other people in front of me waiting over an hour. When I arrived at my pick up time, there were maybe, 2-3 tables with customers at them. Then I get home and my wife's sub was made incorrectly.Very poor experience

Hostess lady had a bad attitude. Expensive. 6 wings for $9.99 of 12 for $15.99 but ya can't split the 12 into 2 flavors. Must buy a 6 & 6
Best pizza place in Hanover in terms of the basics: bread, cheese, pepperoni, seasoning. I don't get a lot of meat so I can't comment on the other toppings. Tomatoe basil is delicious too. Mozzarella sticks, wraps, all the subs from cheesesteak to turkey sub are delicious. Homemade bread for subs too. It is a little more expensive than other places in town, but you'll see why when you eat the food. Definitely an occasional go to for me.
