Every time I come here and go threw the drive threw I get all the way home and something essential is missing in my bag the food is always cold right from the window

Horrible experience! The manager was extremely rude! There were many hairs in our food! The burger buns were burned! Only go there if you 1. Want to eat hair 2. Like having your food thrown at you by a terrible manager or 3. Like burned food!

Service is not good at all. They serve everybody at the drive up, and when you're inside wanting to eat, you have to wait a good while sometimes to get your food. I don't want to have to eat in my car all the time. Covid has set a different pattern, it seems, for all restaurants.Parking: Plenty of parking on both sides of this McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Like most McDonald's they have the jungle gym play area. I don't sit in that area.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps to maneuver to get into this McDonald's.

Undercooked QBC , dry almost stale buns , sweet tea was essentially sugar water with light tea flavor and color , obviously the manager wasn't on duty or something because this order wasn't worthwhile and McDonald's hasn't been worth the prices lately.

Fantastic service from Jeannie in drive thru upon taking order! Pleasantly kind,mannered+catered to my complete request. This attendant went above and beyond her call to duty. The food was freshly prepared also. Just a wonderful voice with a smile included. Delightful experience thanks to Ms.Jeannie.

Every single time I have been here, I have made a simple small order, and every single time I’m told to park in the parking to wait for my order. I’m have not witnessed anyone who has gone through the drive thru and received their order at the window. If you don’t mind sitting in line for 15-20 minutes after you’ve gone through both windows, then you’ll love this place.

Why have a driver thru open 24 hours if they aren't able to serve any food? Told me 2 nights in a row they weren't "up and running" and it would be 15 minutes before they could serve me.So, why is the sign on? Whoever manages or owns this McDonalds needs to pay attention to how much money they are losing by paying people to work night shift and not sell anyone any food.

I go here often enough because it's cheap. Rarely have a problem. I love the look of this particular mcdonalds as it has a fireplace.Employees are always good. Every now and then I get an amazing, above and beyond empoyee.

Why is it that more times than not that you don't get napkins when in drive thru.It's a simple concept to put napkins in the bag but yet you rarely get them.Also when ordering the outside lane is top priority. I sat in the inside lane of drive thru when the employees would tak the orders of two vehicles before I was waited on. It should alternate for each lane but that doesn't happen. Why?It's sad and even worse that you don't get napkins on a regular basis
