Went to drive through and had wait for 5 minutes or more and still no one would take our order so we pull up to window 1 no one was there and pulled to window 2 and there was a lady mopping and she acted oblivious that we were there she was sweeping the floor but she said for us to pull back around because she didn't have a register to take our order so we decided to come up to the other McDonald's on other side of town which I don't like either truly all the Hanover McDonald's need to step their game up on multiple levels since covid idk what happened but really hope McDonald's corporate people would see how poorly their establishments have become! But up their prices for poor quality service and food always just slopped together but still go because I like McDonald's better than all other fast foods but really that's changing with everyday that passes

Horrible service.Waited at curbside pick for over 30 minutes.I had to walk in and get my cold food that was just setting on the counter.After calling the store and manager apologized and said she wasn’t at the store.The girl inside said they had lots of orders in drive through but there were no cars in drive through because I was watching drive through.Thinking maybe they are busy.

Do not eat at this McDonald’s the employees and the managers make sandwiches without any gloves on and hand the food out straight to the customers, the managers are miserable and rude , if you worked here and go in asking for your check they don’t want to give it to you. The 2nd shift manager told me to come into the restaurant to pick up mine and got mad cuz I was there then proceeded to text me back with an attitude.

Terrible place terrible service. The girls in the drive-through were very rude and rushed us on because they couldn’t be bred to make the food fast enough. This is always a problem whenever we come here. It’s ridiculous you people never have enough staff and we are consistently treated like Crap, not to mention, the food is made while half the time

715. Am. No one in line drive thru about 6 vehicles. I went inside to order. It took 10 minutes.. Manager said she was only one up front.. this is the problem.. it is not customers fault that you are by yourself.. I have been in management. You call someone In to see if they can come in early to help. Plan and simple. Call another manager for help. Don't complain to customers because you have no help..
