I ordered a pizza today not realizing they weren't open yet. I couldnt get through to anyone, figured it would just be cancelled automatically and got something else to eat. Later in the day it was surprisingly delivered. I called the store to try and get it straightened out, the worker there was very understanding and gave me a refund. 10/10 customer service, I wish I got his name.

It seems rather odd for me to be rating a chain restaurant so highly, but honestly, they deserve it at this location. I've eaten food from Papa John's locations in multiple cities across the country, and this one by far exceeded my expectations based on how the other locations were. I actually enjoy the food from here and it's always made to exact specifications. Even when we order delivery, it is always prompt and on time within their estimates. I have to say, for a national chain, this particular location has me really impressed. I wish their other locations were this good!

Look....its Papa Roach.....lol - talking with the cashier they are fighting over parking spaces with the business next to them. This is a good example of poor cybersecurity either configuration or practice....too funny!

Way overpriced, for the pizza that you get its not even that good. The people who take the orders are very rude, definitely would not recommend this Papa John's, especially when I saw a cockroach, in one of the reviews. Yuck

I am usually very happy with my order but this week I ordered the BBQ chicken bacon papadia and the works pizza and other stuff. My papadia had no BBQ sauce or bacon on it at all. Just chicken and cheese. Luckily I got some bbq dipping sauce and could add that to it. The pizza only had toppings in the center of the pizza. They literally looked like they were just dumped in the center before cooking. I know places get busy but the employees need to slow down enough to make the items correctly. I am not looking for anything but just wanted to make management aware of this for future orders. We all have a bad day now and then. As I said before I am usually very happy with my orders. Thank you

Extremely rude young people who have ZERO respect for the other business in the complex. I was parked in by a delivery truck while visiting another shop in the complex. When I asked them to have the truck moved I was treated with extreme disrespect. On top of that, the shop was filthy, including several dead cockroaches visible. THANKFULLY I did not get food from them.
