They have the best soft pretzels and hard pretzels in Hanover. The extra dark hard are so unique. All the flavors are good. Wish they had cheese dipping sauce but you really don't need it. Parking can be odd at times but it's worth it. Friendly staff too. **they now have cheese dipping sauce!!

Ordered three bags of pretzels. When they arrived at our house a couple of days later, two bags were burnt. Couldn't believe someone would send out black burnt pretzels! I called and told them two bags are black and burnt. I asked if they have anyone checking pretzels before they are bagged. He said, "Yes." He said he would refund my credit card. He never apologized, or offered to send replacement pretzels. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from them again.

This is a tiny hidden gem of a shop. It's almost hard to find but follow google maps and you will get there. The hard pretzels were phenomenal! You must stop here if you are in REVONAH, PA oops, I mean HANOVER, PA.Parking: The parking is tricky, as you have to go down a very narrow street/ally to park but again It's Worth The Stop
