I tried this place when I first moved here and they have not disappointed. Coming from New York, I was skeptical of how pizza tastes out here, but these wonderful people get it right! Service is very friendly and you get a wonderful meal out of it as well. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed in the customer service I received tonight. I ordered a Sicilian pizza, asked for a lite amount of sauce and ham. The person was confused about the lite sauce request, I explained and repeated my order to ensure it was correct. Once I received my order, the pizza had ricotta on it. If I liked ricotta, it wouldn’t have been an issue but I don’t so I called back to the store. The person who answered the phone was very sweet and helpful. There was another women (person who is on the recording when you call) in the background huffing and puffing about having to redo the order. She also stated that they would be picking up the original pizza and I shouldn’t except to keep it. I don’t care that they want to pick up the pizza. It was the tone and rudeness that come with the comment. I didn’t even bring up the fact that I was charged for the ricotta topping. I know many people probably take advantage and mistakes happen but it just could have been handled with more kindness. I have been a customer of Sals all my life. I will think twice before calling the next time.

about a year ago the pizza was perfect same with delivery. not sure if they hired shaggy and scooby but the delivery service is super slow and basically non existent. you have to call a hour after ordering just to make sure they didnt forget. used to order and it would be here within 15-20min. i ordered tonight and it took another whole hour to get a single pizza here. pizza was cold and all. will not be getting delivery again. yall should cheef after ur shift. good day.

I have been or ordering from Sals since I moved to Hanover in 2006. While I would never say that the food there is world class, it has always been good however, I highly recommend not ordering food from them on Friday or Saturday night for delivery. I ordered my food at 5:20 PM today and did not get it until 6:50 PM. By the time it arrived, everything was cold the fries were basically mush and the steak sub I ordered had so many hard things, I don’t know what those hard things were. That I couldn’t even eat it. I always tip them generously, $10 or more per delivery, and until tonight that has always gotten me a speedy or delivery. I am very disappointed with tonight’s food, and I hope to never have a repeat of this terrible food.

The same guy that took my order delivered it and he was fantastic from the moment he answered the phone! The food came hot, delicious and not soggy. Great job team!
First time ever having Sals! Pizza was flavorful. Got a large Sicilian. Extremely doughy in the middle, opened up and could tell immediately cheese and Pepperonis weren't done. It's a large area, so I'm not surprised the middle was undercooked, but it was enough to where I had to throw it my oven and try and get that bottom toasted. Amazing flavor. I Will try and order again.

As an ex employee,Everyone that works there except for a select few people (2 to be exact), is a major disgrace to the company. My boss (Diane Coppola) fired me along with a veteran whose been working there for 10 years along with a guy that worked there for a few years for seemingly no reason. They pay garbage too, $8.50hr in 2023? They also clean dishes in dirty lukewarm water and don't rinse.One of the worst job experiences of my life 2.2/10
