Very disappointed. When I got there 3 flavors weren’t filled up. Plus topping weren’t filled up. Like these people get paid for doing their job. Apparently they just like to stand around doing nothing. Not coming back!

The yogurt was amazing as usual but you couldn't keep the cashiers attention because her boyfriend was hovering and hanging out by the register showing the girls things on his phone. This bothered us and you could tell it bothered the father of the next group that came in.

Try as many combinations of ice cream, sorbet and toppings!!! This is our family's preferred ice cream spot. Not too expensive and always an option for what you are feeling that day.

Nice little shop with so many yogurt flavors. Although today, many were still in the making & not ready for dispense. There are so many toppings to choose from and plenty of healthy options to choose as well. Staff was pleasant.

The Hanover Sweet Frog is the best one of that franchise we've ever been to. We've not been to any poor ones necessarily, but the owners and staff here seem like real professionals. We moved to this area in 2020, just in time for the pandemic which we took pretty seriously for a variety of personal reasons. As a result, we rarely got out. But perhaps once a week we'd make a trek to this Sweet Frog and it was both a treat and basically helped us stay sane during a rough period. The shop also treated the pandemic seriously, so had masks, gloves, various rules -- all of which were minimal but good. Despite fewer customers, they never stopped working to ensure complete cleanliness, changing our their flavors, keeping the condiments fresh and well stocked and the owners (I believe they were) were of course always pleasant, but I wouldn't have been surprised to see some of the younger PT staff appear a bit bored, perhaps not super friendly because of the circumstances in which they worked. Not so! Everyone there was helpful and friendly. The yogurt was a great as ever and unlike some franchises, this shop played pleasant-yet-generic music which was refreshing as some shops overload on some ideological music we never found welcoming but had no choice to endure. No complaints at all the two and a half years we've been here and going back not long ago, we found it still consistently good. Thanks to this great shop because we've really appreciated you. When I first moved to Hanover, PA 2 years ago in July, I was tired and hot after a busy day of moving in the July heat. It was the only place that I could find open at 8:45p.m. that had something to cool off my hot excursion. I was very grateful, and have been a customer ever since!
