The drive thru times have improved over the years, but dining in today wasn't great. The soda machine was missing a lot of the flavor options, both ketchup dispensers were empty and the food wasn't very fresh. I hope things improve, I generally prefer Wendy's to McDonald's but not like this.

Bought the new frosty brought it home it was like water put it in the freezer for 2hr and it didn't thicken up still like water try to call store they will not answer phone

I think Wendy's is better then Chick-fil- A but is also getting very expensive for all of there food !!! It is also ashamed if you order the bacon cheeseburger deluxe & there hamburger on the bun is about 1/8 of an inch thick. You can taste everything on the bun but the burger. The 2/3 rd slice of cheese you can taste instead of the burger.Kid-friendliness: It's okWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Got a Dave's double cheeseburger the day before and it was overcooked and very dry. Had to wait till I got home to put mayo on. Then went the next night and ordered a chicken asiago club, they gave me a classic chicken went back and they corrected it. However - Both chicken sandwiches were so dry (over cooked) and had very little Mayo so basically when I got home, my dog got them both. Btw she loved them!!

Went there for a fundraiser for both lunch and dinner and they didn't know how to run their fundraisers either time with either shift of employees. Poor planning. And food wasn't great kinda cold.

Manager called the police on me because I asked for a receipt, and refused to leave without proof of purchase while the manager yelled "I dont care about your food, i dont care about your receipt, get out of MY store im caling the cops". While on my lunch break I had to wait for the police to get my receipt, which is needed for taxes. The manager told the hanover police I could have my receipt few hours later if I came back, when I came back I was intentionally give the wrong receipt. Another manager called, pretending to care two days later, havent heard back. Over a week later I still have no receipt, no refund, amd no return communication from wendys.They refused to give me proof of purchase for our meal which was cold by the time the group of guys I bought for got to eat ,and wrong.Unfortunately wendys the "fast food" restaurant has wasted a few hours of my time over a crappy meal.Fortunately I have the entire incident recorded, and now ill have to waste more time dealing with this until I am reimbursed for the meals an the hours of my time that has been wasted. Two of those were hours from my job that this store manager prevented me from working, because he was busy using the local hanover police to intimidate me off of "his property " instead of producing a proof of purchase for me.

The employees at the drive thru need customer service training. We placed an online order. It seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to get our order ready. No communication at the window, just shoved the bag at us. Lid was not properly put on the loaded fries. They spilled all over the inside of the bag. No more visits to this Wendy's!

Lousy service. Ordered at drive up. Had to wait. Had to pull up near an exit door to get order. Received wrong sandwich. The white of egg wasn't cooked right, the yolk was runny, and the muffin was the worst I ever had. The worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Was asked to wait at the drive thru. Which i usually don’t mind. But it was the better part of 10 min before anyone came back to the speaker. Normally I woulda just said screw it and left but i ordered online and already paid. The main reason for the review is the fries tasted like they were made 6-7 hours prior. Very stale. 15 dollar for burger fries and drink is a joke at that point

A Watchful Eye (Lucky Spartan)

The service here has went down. The food was cold and the fries were not full at all. I had to ask them to put more in the half empty box. The dinning room and bathroom were dirty. I chose to use the bathroom somewhere else.
