“My usual order is a large vanilla cone. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated.I knew they were minutes (like there's more fingers on your hand than there were minutes till they closed) away from closing when I got there. When I got to the counter they told me that they were closed. I responded saying that I was only after a vanilla cone and I was paying with a card. They were awesome and I got my ice cream. I know they weren't thrilled for someone to walk in when I did, but they weren't rude or made me feel like they were irritated I was there. Even when they said they were closed it was in an apologetic tone. Thanks again guys.I've worked enough retail jobs and if you're going into a place close to closing time; as the customer you should be quick - know what you're after, uncomplicated - don't try to specialize, polite - they've been working all day and want to get home.“
“My friends and kids were in a car accident Sunday, Sept 3rd in front of this burger king. The manager and staff were so kind to us! Offered drinks and a place to sit while waiting on a ride home. We were over an hour away from home and these acts of kindness were truly appreciated! Thank you so much!“
“My mom was up to visit and lives Chick-fil-A. We had a day of shopping planned so we went through the drive-thru for a quick bite. This was my first time in one of their drive-thrus and it looked rather lengthy and I was thinking maybe I made a mistake not just walking it. But I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the lines went!I didn't know the 2 lanes merged into one after ordering. So that was a bit confusing. And the guy to the right of me was mad bc I was inching forward. Not sure how I was supposed to know that he was supposed to go ahead of me. For all I knew it was an inbound at the Squirrel Hill tunnel type situation.Overall pleased with our visit.“
“My third time visiting the Cranberry location, and again it didn't disappoint. It's still unfortunate that the Ross Park Mall location closed making this the closest, and after biking on a warm February day I was in the mood to undo my progress with a burger and fries. I showed up around 5pm after placing a mobile order, but was worried since it took me a bit to get there due to traffic and distance. I ordered a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, medium Cajun fries, and chocolate milkshake (a classic combination!) so of course I didn't want it to be sitting there at room temp when I arrived.Thankfully they still make a decent amount of it when you get there to ensure freshness! As soon as I announced I was there for an online order some of the crew prepped the milkshake and put together a new batch of fries while I waited at the pickup table. After a few minutes I had everything and sat down, noticing how clean and organized the restaurant was. This isn't your typical McDonald's with sticky floors and debris everywhere. All seats were pushed in, the floor and table tops were clear of messes, and a young worker spent most of the time I was there going around emptying trash cans and tidying up. Most fast food joints neglect that due to having everyone hurriedly filling orders at the drive through and being understaffed. A steady stream of customers came in during the 45 minutes I stayed and the kitchen staff handled it all in decent time.I like the layout of this location and others too, much of the kitchen is visible which gives you something to watch while eating, but also gets you seen right away when entering. Plus the free peanuts and sacks of potatoes add to the unique feel. Even a sign telling you the town in Idaho where the damn potatoes came from! Plus all the signs around the restaurant touting news articles mentioning the popularity of Five Guys. It all just stands out from the drab gray appearances of remodeled modern fast food places. I'd say my only gripes were the cost, it does tend to be notably higher here than the competition. And me always forgetting to order the small fries, you get plenty with that and half of them overflow the cup and are in the bag, haha!“
“Best subs anywhere!!!The staff is awesome!!! 99% of the time, I frequent the Butler and Cranberry Twp stores in PA.Special shout out to Sarah, Pat, and Cam for their hospitality and friendliness. They are the reasons why I usually dine in their stores. They make it worth $20 a sub.“
“Because I come here often and they know me so well that they bring me what I want to drink before I even order it, granted they could make the french fries a bit more crispy, and they might try offering thicker hot dogs, plus adding brown mustard and mayo as condiment options, but the soda machine always seems to have just the right amount of carbonation in the drinks and best of all they serve Pepsi Products which is much better than Coke Products“
“The staff was very polite and very efficient. I ordered the hook and ladder and thought the meat to condiment ratio was steller. I will be sure to recommend to others. Thank you fire house subs!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access and easy to navigate.“
“We get birthday cakes here multiple times a year for everyone in our family, they never disappoint! Their royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard is to die for!!!! We also enjoy their vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate.Kid-friendliness: What ice cream place isn't kid friendly? Lol“
“Was in this store today and I have to say how clean the store is and the young lady who is the Manager is the one who waited on me and her personality was Priceless. Customer service is gone and she gave me hope that there are still people out there who care about their jobs and the customer. Thank you. Keep up the Great job.Tawnya“
“On Thursday July 13th I had the most exceptional, professional and wonderful Subway experience I’ve ever had! I wish every Subway could be like this Subway! My boyfriend and I were in on way for a paddle and needed to stop to get a quick lunch. I don’t usually care for Subway but it was otw, so we stopped. The three young ladies behind the counter were efficient, kind, great at communicating with one another and moved the line quickly through a lunch rush. The toppings were not skimpy like at most subways, these were properly made sandwiches! I literally walked out of there blown away by my experience and look forward to stopping there for a quick “on the go” sub again! I don’t leave many reviews but this is worthy of one!“
