I was travelling, and having a rough go of it. I was in a bad mood, needed something to eat, and the young lady Angie at the register was super cool, made a damned fine gyro and curly fries, I enjoyed a cocktail, and it really turned my night around. She was nice to me at a time when I needed it. Thank you Angie, it was awesome, I told you over the phone, and here it is again, Thank you. I really appreciate it. If the young lady's yearly review is coming up, Arby's Management (cough cough), she could stand a bit more in her pocket.Thanks again.

Absolutely the best customer service at this location. The manager is amazing. Last time I was here they were short staffed and the wait was longer than usual. The manager made sure to acknowledge the customers patience for waiting and was just so helpful and pleasant. My new fave fast food place

I like Arby's but hadn't been to one in months. I like Arby's food items especially the sliders when you just want something small to hold you over. I like that they offer two options for for fries curly or crinkle. My favorite is the Jamocha shake! They were offering that new hamburger when I went there, I ordered that and the crinkle cut french fries which were just warm not hot! The hamburger was pink on the inside which is not done enough for me. I would have taken it back but I didn't unwrap the hamburger until I got home which is near Hershey. The cashier was very polite and courteous. The service was fast. But they need to work on serving hot fries and get their milkshake machine fixed. It was broke the day I was there ?no Jamocha shake for me!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is handicap accessible and they have handicap parking spaces.

The food is good. The staff are polite, friendly and courteous. The service was about what you'd expect from a drive thru and the prices are on par with similar establishments. Overall, I've always been treated right here.Parking: I use the drive thru here most often, but on the occasions when I have dined inside, I've never had a problem getting a parking spot.
Late night visit and they ran out of roast beef. But the young man working was awesome. Apologized, offered a substitute and we were happy. Great work on a late Saturday night!

The rolls were hard you could tell. They were not fresh buns. The french fries were originally cold. I had to tell them I wanted warm French fries. I had to wait for them to put Fresh French fries down the girl. Working the back counter spent more time on her cell phone out on the front line What shows customers that she is not enthusiastic about her position. One employee was smoking right at the front door outside had to walk through his smoke to get out of the building. This is a horrible arby's
