I like Arby's but this location is by far the worse! I was here on 7/16/22 around 12:30. The line was moving so slow, and it was not crowded. It took a long while to get my order. The food was not hot, just warm! The floors were sticky and you could hear you shoes sticking as you walked. Both men's and women's restroom were out of order! Not a good experience. Go to the Arby's off of Progress Ave. better service and food hot, restaurant clean!

Just purchased a large meal and was not made aware of the ice machine not working, even tho its a known issue. I now have a large warm nasty syrup soda. Called in and all I get is a "ya it's a known issue have a great day".

Got forgotten in the drive through lane. Pull ahead then nothing while other customers passed me with their orders. Had to go in to get my order after 15 min, then the jalapeño berry sauce was missing with marinara sauce in its place. And my food was barely warm. I'll skip this location next time.

Food was good but the parking lot looks like bombed out Europe after WW2. Just massive potholes that will most certainly damage your vehicle. Avoid this Arby’s location if you don’t want to have to buy new shocks and struts for your vehicle.

This is the VERY FIRST LOCATION IN THE AREA to actually reopen their doors for Carryout and Dine In. You know how hard it is for me to order food from Arbys during the pandemic because I'm a bus commuter. During COVID everywhere you go Arbys is like, No Car / No Service, Can't use the drive thru / too bad no Arbys for you. Finally since March 2020, the franchise has finally decided to allow Central PA Arbys to reopen the doors.As of February 19th 2022. This Arbys location IS open for Dine in and Carryout. Google says no dine in, but please disregard that. Anyway, Monday - Saturday the dining is open from 11am to 2pm for Carryout and Dine in. After that. Its drive thru only until 5pm and closed Sundays.And P.S. the food is delicious!

Dine in is closed. Accuracy is not the greatest. They can do much better. I hope it gets back to being a five star fast food place in the future.

The Diablo sandwich was decent, good flavor and a nice touch of heat nothing serious but good flavor. The advertised shake would have been a nice touch had it been included in my order. Would absolutely order this again.I will put a disclaimer on this sandwich though, apparently it is spicy enough to cause discomfort to your significant other's sensitive bits. I'd recommend washing one's hands and a bit of mouthwash to avoid an uncomfortable situation...
