First visit and not disappointed! It's been a long time since I had a NY water bagel & I was very pleased. I also had an iced coffee & my daughter had an iced chai - this far surpassed any chain coffee shop, and I appreciate the locally roasted coffee.

I Put in an order online, arrived 10 minutes after my pick up time and my order wasn’t even started when I arrived. There were no other customers either…Another time, my coworkers went to pick up an order for our office and they were extremely rude. One of them tried to order a drink very politely and the owner said “no, don’t you see the line behind you”It’s almost like this place doesn’t want customers even though we keep trying to go back and have a good experience.

Very frustrated. Stopped for a dozen bagels at West Shore Farmer's Market this morning. The extremely slow lady gave me 5 incorrect bagels even though I had her repeat the order back to me! 4 of them weren't even a flavor I asked for. Of course, I didn't realize until I got home. How do you not know that you're giving a customer the wrong ones? There is always a long line because she is so slow and ineffectual!Your bagels are delicious, but you need to do something about this customer service.

We have lived in brandywine for over 13 yrs. Glad to see the new ownership breathing life back into this place. Just had the bagels and wow they were soo good. Nice and fluffy with the perfect crust.

Since the new owner took over Bagel Lovers is better than ever. I've been coming here since it was in the Oakhurts Plaza. The last owner drive the quality and service down. Now the bagels are better than ever and they roast their own coffee. New espresso machine means I will never go to that corporate coffee place again. If you were disappointed in recent past please try them again.
