Worker seemed annoyed that we were there. She spoke so softly that we had to have her repeat herself at least 4 times for everything she said, while she was rolling her eyes.

After repeating 5 times still got my order wrong and asked me to tell the ingredients that comes in the signature scoop because she doesn’t know the menu.. I showed the picture of the item that I exactly wanted and repeated the order twice again and still got the wrong one. I went back to correct them and as a replacement I got the wrong order again. Thanks for wasting my time and for taking advantage of my patience. Never going to visit this store again.. omg this is ridiculous

Terrible service. I came in 10 minutes before closing and immediately when I walked in the workers look disgusted. You are here to work a job, the store does not close til 9. You can serve me if I come in at 8:50. Every worker in there was not happy from me walking in. I was given attitude by the lady who told me they were closing. Why work this job if you aren’t willing to work until you clock out. I hope all these ladies can learn to not be disrespectful. You ladies need to fix your attitude.

I'm hoping this was a fluke!So, I ordered a custom ice cream cake online. I did the same thing last year and was completely satisfied.But this year, I was extremely disappointed!The person who decorated the cake did not do the job properly. The cake appeared to be done in haste, and its appearance supported that fact.The lettering was almost illegible and appeared very sloppy. I also requested red lettering, and it looked pink on the cake.I ordered an ice cream cake last year and it was perfect! This year's cake was again delicious, but the poor cake decorations ruined the moment.I have attached 3 pictures. The first two are of this year's cake. The third pic is last year's cake with my touch of Italian cake topper decorations that I added.Like I said, Im hoping that this year's cake was a fluke, as I have been completely satisfied in the past with their ice cream cakes.

Ordered a cake 3 days ago for a birthday. Order confirmed by the store through their website. 430 today I get a message an uber delivery has been set up. 457 your order has been canceled please call the store. I call, "we don't do delivery we do it through door dash or uber" Than why was it accepted and processed on the website? ...."we don't do that" so I ask for a refund then im put on hold so she can talk to her boss, comes back says she has to do it and will today but it will take 3 to 5 business days for the money to show up. Thanks for nothing. Change your website if you can't fulfill orders or do something to remedy the situation instead of having someone responsible for the store who doesn't have an answer. How did it take until the day of to know this order couldn't be fulfilled?How does a store confirm an order charge an account and not know they can fulfill it until 3 days later and 15 minutes after they sent me a notice it was being picked up??
