Every time I stay in Harrisburg area this is my go to spot.Very nice staff.Check out Palumbo Pizza while there.It's a great bakery up the block as well.Not far from the train station.

Dawn is unprofessional and she lies a lot to cover her tracks.. Jiggs makes dawn do everything in the hotel and works her Like A slave, it's why she needs to retire IMMEDIATELY. Jiggs is unprofessional as well.., he's rude, and HE Doesn't KNOW HOW TO TALK TO People AND He's A RACIST.. when IHG comes to the building they all try to act apart.. when usually they all are very Rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. they can't keep nobody in the restaurant or at the Starbucks.. its always short staffed as well as rat invested.. they target black people as being the bad guys and is quick to call the cops..causing it to be alot of police activity.. and that alone is bad for business.. it's always homeless people sleeping in the restrooms which makes it uncomfortable.. DAWN, JIGGS, EHAB, AND DESMOND NEED TO Be FIRED.. they bribe you to leave good reviews AND IS VERY MONEY HUNGRY.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO READ THESE REVIEWS AND CHOOSE ANOTHER HOTEL TO STAY AT..

I really wish I could give this a higher rating because this location has some positives. But depending on who you are dealing with if you have an issue it will either be really good or really bad. Example I had no hot water in my room and it took no less than 4 conversations to get it looked at. Was told it was fixed. Speaking to manager at that after returning his call tell me his shift is ending and now it’s the night manager problem, was no the response I was expecting. That really put a sour not on the trip. The night manager did make a great effort but 2 days with cold water showers really sucked.

Horrible.The room mad so much mold.woke up sick Contacted Expedia as we booked through themThey called the desk, sent maintenance man to room. He couldn’t believe the smell and the mold he saw in AC unit.Said the engineer and manager would come up.Never came

Stayed at this hotel because I'm a choice member,not to mention it's 2 blocks from the train station blanket on bed had stains on it there was no microwave or safe in room had a view that overlooked the river front kinda wouldn't recommend wasting money at this hotel unless your a choice member fyi there is a Hilton Hotel a block away from this hotel

No Cofffe in the entire hotel except in youre room they should offer coffee in the lobby or cofeteria for tha amount they charge per night - when i asked if there is cooffee they said yes and they served me. the next day i see a charge of 5 dollers for the coffee.The rooms are not nice or fresh at all its very old and not uptadate the TV wasnt working neither. they charged me for parking without my concent when i already paid with expedia...Very Disapointing. Im travling a lot and never had uch an experiens...

Valet service is horrible. Can only assume due to lack of staff. Hotel staff is very nice. However, entire hotel had no hot water during our stay. Our room was on the 7th floor and was very noisy idue to street traffic

Valet service is atrocious. Check on your vehicle, it might go missing and Crown will not care. Attended a conference there. Had paid valet parking. Valet on duty was rude from the beginning. I was given a ticket told to leave my keys on the dashboard and it will be taken into the lot. Came down to the lobby five hours later. Only to find my car still sitting at the front lobby, right next to the road, unlocked with the keys still on the dash. Making, it that anyone could have taken it. Upon inquiring about why this happened. I was appalled to find my vehicle was never checked into Crown system and got a significant amount of excuses, but not a valid reason for the kind of error made. Anyone could have made claim to my car or simply just got into it and drove off because the key was very visible if you came close enough to it. Asked about the process of making a formal complaint based on the severity of issue. Was given the run around throughout the rest of the stay by the the manager on duty, the valet manager and both the general and assistant general manager. Everytime I contacted them, I was treated with disdain. My two days there was very stressful because I was worried about the safety of vehicle. I would never recommend staying there if you want peace of mind and relaxation.
