Ordered a cake. Left 2 messages to follow up....no one answered or called me back. Never did get cake from there and was for special occasion! Very poor customer service. I wouldn't care ifthis location closes or loses franchisr as they don't know how to treat customers. Will try to find a corporate number to share concerns about this franchise! Close but will run to Palmyra as that store is top notch!!

Got a four tender box, two of which were small like fish sticks, and received only three of the add on onion rings which is not worth it imo, because toast doesn’t replace chicken.. Picture speak for itself not a big fan.

This is probably one of the worst Dairy Queen location I’ve been to. The staff were okay but they had to make two separate ice cream cakes, and both of them came out wrong.The ice cream cake had actual chunks ICE in it. I was trying to switch up but I’ll be getting the regular carnival cake for now on.DQ please stick to the blizzards.

First time eating at a dairy queen and ordered 2 hamburgers and the meat was not appealing to my taste and thats the bottom line for me. Will not be a returning customer to DQ except maybe for ice cream.
I don't know if the person that was taking the orders for the drive thru couldn't understand English properly or just couldn't hear properly at all.I asked for 3 chili dogs. And she rung me up for one. I don't know how 3 sounds like one. But she seemed like she was Nigerian or something. All I gotta say is learn English before you wanna just start jumping Continents. Don't just come over here thinking that we all know Nigerian.

I ordered 2 blizzards, 1 being on the signature creations menu. The staff didn't know what it was and even the owner asked me. I kept saying it's on your menu, don't you know?Just so you know for the next customer, direct from the site...Chocolate chip cookie dough and rich fudge blended with creamy DQ® soft serve to Blizzard® Treat perfectionWhich I didn't receive the above, only a regular cookie dough blizzard. I don't know what I was charged for either, as I didn't receive a receipt.

Has new management but they've always been nice to me when I go in there.While I was pregnant they gave me free food because my bank card wasn't working even though they seen it had money in the account. Been out door dash all day and got hungry they hooked me up.
