First and last time ordering from this location. The food was good but part of my order was missing. It was delivered about 45 minutes later but I was still missing a dip I paid for. So I'm charged a $4.49 delivery charge and I tipped $4.83 to be missing items which I needed to enjoy my meal. The coupons given as an apology won't be used since I'm going back to my usual pizza place that I have used often for over 3 years and I've never once had to complain.

Long day and very hungry. Philly cheese steak was burnt and dry and hard as the roll it came in. Chicken Alfredo was only half a bowl and pasta was as dry as the burnt Philly cheese steak!

The fact that I had to choose any stars at all??, I ordered for the 1st time in over 30 years! Over an hour, an hour & 17 min to be exact,,,,,I called & was told it was gonna be about 45min to 1 1/2! It was 6pm when I originally called by 7:17 I called again & the manager was like "yea whatever" attitude. So cancel my food, then they argued about refunding my $! So I had no food & no money! $ finally came back later that night, but seriously??? Horrible I will never do that again!!

I had not ordered from Domino's in over two years because of repeated poor foid quality and timeliness of orders. So today, I saw your 50% offer and thought I would give Domino's another shot.I went on your website to order and the website said current wait time was less than 18 minutes. I ordered a Large Extra Pepperoni pizza @ 7:24 pm. The tracker confirmed the order and said it was being prepped and would be ready in 18 minutes. It took 27 minutes of "prep" before it was put in the oven at 7:51 according to the tracker and a text message I received. At 8:04 the tracker said the pizza was ready (40 minutes not the 18 minutes promised). I went inside and nobody knew where my pizza was. I asked for the manager. He was prepping pizza. So I told him about all of the above and he said he had just put my order in the oven and it would be ready in "a few minutes." I told him to just refund my money. How can you tell a customer that the order is ready and then make them wait when the get there. You have very serious issues with your system. I'll be back in a couple years. At least Papa John's and Pizza Hut have always had my order ready when they say it will be ready.

A really good Masa pan pizza, but I ordered online and they made a wrong combination of the ingredients I choose. So I advise to check your pizza before you leave the store, so you don’t get home a half of 1 Hawaiian pizza just with pineapple instead of ham and pineapple. And the cheese was not fully melted.

This is the most unprofessional store I've ever been in. The employees are straight up arguing and cussing as me and my son wait for our food. As I sit here and wait over 20 minutes for a single pizza and brownies. This is an embarrassment for this store.

Get pretty much what you expect, turn around times off busy hours are correct from the app, and it comes as you order.

Customer service in the store is the worst I ever seen. Ordered was told time when I got to the store they told me it will be another 20 minutes because it wasn't ready . The staff did not apologize at and when asked if they could cut pizza into 12 slices I was told no were are busy and don't have time for time. I m not happy and wnt come here again

I had a major issue today, I ordered 40 pizzas ahead of time and it was not ready in a timely fashion, but the staff dealt with my issue. They got me pizza and made me whole for the time spent on the phone and the delay by helping us out with our next order. As a school we will be ordering again in the future. I appreciate they took my outrage seriously, and worked within the confines of their business to make ammends.

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra hot sauce, extra chicken and extra onions and you just gave me a white pizza with extra cheese and chicken. That's the third time

The manger at this store her name is amber she is really rude and has no customer service at all don’t order from this store they don’t even wear gloves while making the pizza
