I ordered a avocado toast and there was nothing but avocado spread and it was butter thin. Tried calling to register a complaint, forget it, you get an automated message. The message gives an option to speak to a n operator but then tells you no one is available. Terrible business practice and I will not spend money at this location again, Progress Avenue.

I went through the drive through before school.I asked for a pumpkins spice latte with NO espresso. I was told they can’t do that.Which I find funny because I work at the one across from Walmart. The espresso is ADDED INTO THE DRINK. THAT DRINK IS NOT PREMADE.Then to top it off. She put a half dozen donuts in a SMALL BAG.Why?! Because you’re upset I asked a question.She wasent nice at all.No customer service skills at all.

This location can not handle the volume of customers between 7-8. Only go there if you can spend 20 minutes or more in line. There was a car at the menu for 10 minutes and the staff did nothing. Manager denied service at window because her staff couldn't move customers along. 10/20/2023 Progress avenue Harrisburg PA 7-8
