I ordered hot latte and cream cheese bagel. It didn’t taste anything like latte and bagel had no cream in it. If anyone is going to ask for bagel ask cream cheese on side these people are applying a little amount and using the rest for their snack. Please train them properly.

Stopped by On my way To work for a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a bagel with coffee…. Got to work opened my sandwich and there was no egg on there…. I was devastated and at work so I couldn’t take it back… my coffee was really good tho lol

We went through the drive through and when we got there, the speaker quality was so bad that we couldn't hear a word that he was saying, which didn't help with the fact that he was whispering into the microphone. When we finally got our food, there was a hair in my daughter's bacon, and they didn't give us a straw for her drink.
Ordered a special hot latte. The latte tasted nothing like the ones made in my town. Instead, it was bitter as if it was regular coffee. Had I wanted regular coffee, if had ordered it. I'll just stick with my in town

Needed to talk to someone before coming to location , automated answering service, could not get thru to store employees. You just lost my business, this is poor customer service..... I will not drive out of my way in hopes of getting what i need and the possibility of not getting it, especially w gas pruces of today.
