Just stop by to buy few dozen of donuts at 9:30 in the morning, now how on gods green earth is a donut shop out of donuts at 9:30 in the morning, What in the world are they going to sale all day , I guess hopes and dreams because there out of donuts per the staff they get one shipment a day , back in my day they made the donuts, Don’t worry this will be the last time I stop here at this site ,

Used to be one of the better Dunkin Doughnuts around. Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were not very busy so no excuse. The one worker asked 2 times to see receipt to see what we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for refund since we never received our coffee. Not sure if she was owner or manager but got the dirtiest look and no apology. Will not be going to ANY Dunkin Doughnuts again.Update:After a couple of weeks from posting this review, still no response from owner. Goes to show you how much they do not care. Pathetic!

The drive-through cashier was rude because she didn't hear everything because of the headset (the headsets are always broken). I did ask if I could just pull up to the window, and she yelled and said I couldn't hear everything and it's the headset. They gave us half the order and I had to tell the second cashier what was ordered. The first person who yelled about the freaking headset was the manager..? wow
It’s the only Baskin Robbins/Dunkin close to me so it’s a fav! The service isn’t always amazing, but they haven’t messed up an order on me, and I’m there at least once a week. Ha!!!The new Cappuccino Blasts are AMAZING!

Terrible. I ordered a medium iced latte with French vanilla & caramel with sugar and cold foam. Charged almost $6 and they gave me a medium iced coffee with cream and caramel. The man working had no idea what he was doing. So unprofessional.

Went one evening, waited at the drive thru speak to be told 5 minutes later they closed early. The next time I went my frozen drink was melted by the time I got to the window because the line was moving extremely slow. When I asked the girl if it's supposed to be like that she told me no but still proceeded to hand it to me. I told her I waited in line for 15 minutes and I want the drink remade for it to be frozen. She mumbled under her breath but loud enough for me to hear " you didn't wait 15 minutes" and then continued an attitude with me for the rest of the transaction.
