The reason I give two stars because my pizza was on cardboard, not the paper sheet. Anything could have been on the cardboard. A lot of cheese came off the pizza.

Franco’s is always delicious, but I felt compelled to leave a review today specifically as they saved my butt at work. I had placed an order for 18 pizzas from a place closer to my office only to arrive today to figure out they were CLOSED. We called Franco’s, and within an hour, they fulfilled our crazy request for 18 pizzas. All look beautiful and delicious. Thank you SO much. We will absolutely be back.

I said, Hot Wings not burnt wings! I've given this Pizza Shop more chances then I perhaps should have and this was the last straw. You should know! They lack good customer service skills. Once home, I didn't call them to tell them I was not happy with order because I didn't want to get trivial. In the past, I picked up order and I was given someone's else's order and who I believe to be the owner's wife made it seem like it was my fault. No apologies for the error and too like they didn't believe me and asked me to bring wrong order back, like I really wanted it or something. My message by way of this review: Value your customers and take pride in what you send out! You have a lot of competition out there! Stand out there by delivering the best you can and make your customers your priority. Check your staff, some lack people skills and should not be your front line with customers, and that includes owners and /or spouses.
