Went with a friend on a Thursday night. Personally haven’t been to a Friendly’s in years but I wasn’t expecting anything bad. Food was absolutely phenomenal. I feel bad for forgetting our server’s name but he was super attentive and very kind. The atmosphere was calm and it was very much a nice place to quickly dine in and get some ice cream. Definitely want to come back again soon.

Excellent service from Jayden. It was the end of the night and we were lucky to find a restaurant still open. Yet even though I’m sure Jayden was ready to go home, the food was still good, and he took great care of us. Thanks!!’Parking: Plenty of options close to the restaurant

Food was okay. Restaurant was clean, but it wasn't really "friendly. " Overall, the service was adequate, but not really all that great.
This is another one of those restaurants I have to ask why do people still go here? The ice cream is probably the only highlight in this establishment. The food is pretty generic and mediocre. You could definitely get better elsewhere. And the service is just OK. I’m surprised this franchise is still around. I would keep looking around if I was looking for a meal.
