Horrible service, high wait time, hard to communicate with the lady, food errors, billing errors, she swiped my card 3 times instead of once, there is no dining option food takes a long time to cook will not recommend

Used to Love this place went there and we were treated awful made very uncomfortable and the food was horrible. Ordered shrimp sushi got salmon we didn't eat it and they wouldnt take it off the bill. Go to Shogun....

Hit & miss. Family business ( husband & wife) when husband is not cooking, that’s where the problem starts. Wife substituted steamed yellow rice for fried rice. Total waste of time and money. We were shocked, and will never Order unless husband is there. Good luck trying to find that out.

I went hungry it was so inedible. The beef didn't taste like beef and the crab rangoon was cold. However my boyfriend enjoyed the general tso chicken. I wouldn't order from here a second time though.

Just terrible. The restaurant is empty all the time. The food was Horrible. I ordered Pork fried rice and wings. The rice had another grain added to it . The wings was dryed to the bone. It's the worst food in Harrisburg. I would advise anyone to go get the items from the market and cook your own food.

We placed an order online and still waited almost an hour in the restaurant for our food. I ordered Mooshu Chicken just to have the lady tell me that the cooks don't like to make it because it takes too long. Why do they even have it on the menu then?!?! On top of that I ordered Steak on a Stick to be given Chicken on a Stick. Let's just say we won't be returning.

We love this place! You have to try the steamed dumplings and chicken and broccoli. So good! The customer service is great. The lady working there is so sweet and is always smiling. Support this local business!

One of my favorite stops while I'm home! Food is delicious, and it's easy to order and pick up. There's plenty of parking. It's really only a takeout place anymore, which is just as well honestly. The owners are very nice, they've been there for years. Food comes out reasonably fast 15-20 mins from when you order. It truly feels like a hole in the wall kind of spot, which is great for this cuisine. Not fussy, some seating in case you have to wait, easy in and out. I'll certainly be back whenever I'm back in town :)

The service there is HORRIBLE!!! The restaurant itself appears very unsanitary. We ordered over the phone for pick, and while they 1st messed up our order causing us to have to drive back to have our order corrected only to get into a yelling debate with the lady at the cash register, who also takes the orders via phone about exactly what we ordered. Keeping in mind she never provided the written slip which is typically provided upon ordering and pick up. We ordered a House Lo Mein, Gen. Tso chicken and 2 orders of shrimp spring rolls, and the spring Rolls were missing from our order. The spring rolls were greasy and scorched. The General Tso and Lo Mein both taste old or leftover and left a horrible after-taste in our mouths. I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again!!

I ordered lunch specials today for my self and a coworker which should have come out to less than 20.00. I opened my app from my bank and found that I was charged over 36.00 for lunch "specials". When I attempted to contact them they refused and I when I showed up I was screamed at by the receptionist. I will never spend another dime there. I would recommend anyone to run. We will not be giving them our business. I hope everyone is aware. The wait was one thing but being charged double was way overboard. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and hope that everyone stays away from this place.
