Says open, but doors are closed. Store is not open and has sign for sale

They're not currently in operation and the homeless lady camped outside said it's been closed for months. To the franchise owner, it'd be really helpful to keep your hours and/or operational status updated on primary sites (Apple, Google, Yelp, etc.) so people don't drive 25 minutes to find you're closed. Love Jimmy John’s and their sandwiches, but this store has stupid hours. It’s like they don’t know people live downtown. Anytime I want a sandwich delivered for dinner or on the weekend, they are closed. Meanwhile all the other area stores are open, but out of delivery range.

It’s crazy how I see more people complaining about the service but have yet to understand the pressure we’re on!!!! If you have an issue with the food, then don’t eat here it’s simple as that!!!! On the other Hand I worked over a year with them and we have had customers like some of you complaining about this or that and instead of some of y’all calling or going back to the store to get a refund! Some of y’all choose to bash the company on google or else where thinking that’s gonna stop people from coming there!!!! Don’t get me wrong I have help a lot of the customers even went out of my way something I don’t have todo but I did to satisfy your wrong finding with our food! Or our customer service! I as an ex employee and one of the best employees they have had will recommend that everyone else try it once again and see if you like it, if you don’t then just like anywhere else you can take your money and go somewhere else to eat!!!! Rewind ex employee because I have moved out of state not because I got fired or did anything wrong just needed a new change that’s all! For those out there who do love Jimmy John’s keep coming back and we will continue todo better!!!!!

i've been standing here for five minutes and they haven't even started my sandwich. there's only two employees hereedit: okay i just left. it literally took them twelve minutes ?update: two days later.. apparently they just ignore online orders, i ordered from work and walked down 5mins later, the only girl there was sitting at a table on her phone and hadn't even seen the sandwich order until i walked in

The subs are just ok. Local independent pizza shops make far superior subs. Staff is usually friendly. Nothing to get excited about.
It’s pretty much some stoned @ss kids running the place. Go to a local place. Sandwich Man. Way higher quality for a lil more money. Worth it.
