A very good cup of coffee. People who know me say I am particular about my coffee. I take it black and so it needs to be of high quality, properly brewed, and fresh.This exceeded all my standards.Service was prompt, polite, and helpful.

I don’t know why this place exists. It’s really sad and unfortunate. The young lady who served me and my husband is clearly untrained. She couldn’t make a simple Americano. I had to take it back and told her that I couldn’t drink it because it tasted awful. Instead, I ordered a hot cocoa. The water wasn’t hot enough to melt the heavy powder she put in. I took a couple sips and didn’t finish it because it was way too sweet and lukewarm. My husband’s chai latte was watered down. Worst of all, the drinks were overpriced. So overall, I wasted my time and money buying drinks that were awful. Where was the manager? They need to fix their menus, properly train their staff, and just revamp the whole place. There’s a reason why they don’t get business. The cafe was mostly empty. They need to do something about this.

I went in to order a coffee. I waited 5 minutes while the staff talked on the phone. I walked away with no coffee. :-( I will give him this: it did sound like his phone conversation was work related, but an acknowledgement or letting me know if he was able to serve me or not, would have been nice.
