The macaroni was very good, the fish was golden and crunchy. I ate every piece of whiting. Now the yams I could live without it's too gooey and way too sweet. But other than that it was good southern style fish to me. My macaroni melted through my plate and fell on my lap. I still ate it .
Like the old sayin goes the best food is in the hood! Been wanting to try this place for awhile now finally got here. Can't go wrong reminds me of places are at back home Jersey when lived there . Had fried shrimp wow it would put the seafood chains out of business if would eat here an had whiting sandwich 3 huge portions on bread deeeelish . If ya don't mind waiting inside for food no prob great workers an customers or just call ahead to order . I'll def be back no doubt

Looks can be deceiving. This place looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is delicious. Everything fried was crispy and well-seasoned, their sides were quite decent, and I know it's such a simple dish but their banana pudding is the best I've ever had. This place really is a hidden gem of Harrisburg. I'll definitely be coming back, and will recommend it to my friends.
