The food is mediocre but normal, there are no restaurants with Hispanic food in this area that are made with real love. On top of that, I had never felt like I had been stolen from Cara, but here it was the first place. Pay $13.75 for rice with pernil without a side. I am a Truck Driver from Florida and I travel all over the East Coast. I spent it in New York, which is known for everything being expensive and there I didn't even pay that it would have cost me 8 pesos to 10 maximum and they would have included a side (beans, tostones, maccarroni, salad or sweet plantains, etc.). Everything is very trendy. And the food very simple. With love first To God and to people I don't say any of this to be rude. I say this so that they take into account and try to make an arrangement so that customers are satisfied. The place has potential but people here are not used to really good food so they don't complain because that's what there is. God bless you. And I hope to be able to return one day and that there will be a change. To sum it up in English, food was mediocre and excessively expensive for the quality, which didn't even include a side. I see all the reviews are Americans and they think it's great and it's obvious Gringos eat anything other than their usual Burger and Fries and they think it's delicious. But true Latinos have their taste buds up to date and know from taking one bite this isn't authentic Latino food made with love. Ashame it's like this, they have the potential, but I'm assuming margins and cost have them at this level.

My #1 spot for goat and ox tails /w yellow rice. The chicken is to die for and the flavor will make you want to commit a felony! I don't get to go there enough, but every time l do... it's damn worth it.

It is okay if you want Spanish food. I give this place a 3.5 they give so much food to you at times. But really is good is just food. Nothing special about it. Nothing that stands out. The service is polite. The indoor dining is nice environment. But the food could taste better. I do not recommend this place as a top Spanish restaurant to dine at or buy from. It's not bad, but it's not great either. It just Is....
