The waitress had me sit and wait for over 25 minutes for my check. She seemed to have everything but me and my daughter taken care of. I stacked my own dishes, wiped and cleaned my own table, and sorted through my cash, i tried to get her attention for more coffee. And NOTHING. The food was alright. Nothing special. I got there before any type of breakfast rush. I was there even before her shift started. It's like she didn't even see us sitting there. And my baby is NOT quiet. I dont live in the area. But I will be up there for a while to work. Definitely lost my business the first day i was there. Do better.

A Hidden Gem! They know how to treat customers with kindness, friendliness, service and delicious food!It's a diner not a fancy restaurant so don't expect a wine list but do expect all of the above.

I say this without any hesitation. The best eggs Benedict I have ever had. Their food is made fresh and the owner is incredibly sweet. Highly recommend if your in the area. Just a bit sad he isn't near me or this restaurant would be our family's regular

We just found this place a week ago and today was our second visit. I love breakfast and my husband loves burgers, so this place is perfect for us at any time of day. The food was delicious both times and my husband really enjoyed the 'old English burger'. And the service is friendly and the prices are good. I would definately recommend Linglestown Diner!

Linglestown Diner is small and hidden on Linglestown Rd. (Behind Papa John), but the food is absolutely superb, in my opinion among the very best in the region. Open only for breakfast and lunch, they are definitely worth a visit. Good service and good prices as well.

Such a great little restaurant! Food was delicious and the service was amazing!! She was so nice and helpful! Highly recommend the SOS, it's homemade and if you're from PA, you know how it should taste... just like grandma's!

We have eaten here a few times. We will definitely keep returning to this local gem. The restaurant is very small however don’t let that stop you. The premises is extremely clean, and the owner/staff are purely phenomenal! You almost don’t feel like you are in a restaurant, they make you feel like you are at the family dinner table. They have a wide variety of food on the menu and everything that I have had so far is superb! Again, this place is a gem.

Linglestown Diner is wonderful! The food is absolutely fabulous and the chef/owner, his wife, and family are such kind, caring people. We love going there! Everything we have tried on the menu has been SO GOOD! It’s truly a place that’s good for both the body and spirit.
