Placed an order for 10 nuggets at 5 on a Sunday, they had clearly been sitting under a warmer for quite some time and rubbery and completely out of the first 2 picks of dipping sauces

This McDonald's is the worse ever. Had problem when ordered through there app. Because I did not have the phone I ordered with had to drive back and get the phone. Then got back lady was rude got my food finally and it was cold and the order was wrong. Food sucked don't waste your money here.

I ordered curbside and after waiting 15 mins went into the store to see what was taking so long. I proceeded to stand there for another 20 because the staff were not acknowledging anyone waiting up front in line. I mean completely ignoring them. I have worked in a lot of customer service in my life and the first rule is to take care of the customer in front of you, the one in person. The staff was only focused on the drive thru. I had to interrupt them to ask about my order that I saw sitting there and they were doing nothing about. I don't think I would have ever received my order if I wouldn't have gone in and interrupted them. All I wanted was some fries and a drink. But unfortunately I will not be going here again.

Didn’t receive receipt from kiosk told employee who said that’s fine we did get the order. I save them for refund. The one they gave us didn’t have pricing. Ordered 2 Oreo shamrock flurries, there was no shamrock flavor, just Oreo. Didn’t want to address the situation at store because it seemed like there was a party going on that I wasn’t invited to. We took the numbered tent so they could find us, we were the second table at the time, they just yelled out our number until we heard and had to go up to get it. We ordered two McDoubles and received one.Went to use the females rest room but it was dirty and no toilet paper. When I told an employee she hollered it out so everyone knew but I don’t know if anyone addressed the situation.

Worst service of any McDonald's around the area. Service is really bad. Breakfast bread was burnt. All there worried about is drive through people. And yes I went a few times before this review and all 3 times I was there is was the same. Will not go back.

staff was very nice but both of the burgers I ordered were completely raw so the $20 for two meals was wasted since only the fries were edible.

I chose ones as the service was bad. In the drive though ordering we had to repeat and correct the order several times. When we received the order, before we drove forward we had a drink missing and found food missing. We had to show the receipt/order and they got it wrong a couple more times before throwing stuff together and tossing it in the bag. We pulled up to keep the line moving and a gentleman came out to figure out what was wrong. We told him and he gave us what we thought was correct and we had to leave for time. When opening the bag and unwrapping the sandwiches I saw they were wrong and inedible. Thankfully the fries were correct and yummy.All of this was frustrating so I called customer service to let them know our complaints. I stayed calm as customer service reps don't deserve to be yelled at. It's not their fault. Anyway, they said they will document the complaint and notify the manager, who will contact us. A couple of days later I received the call from the manager and I explained what happened. She apologized and said she will make sure it does not happen again. She was very nice and I felt confident she would take care of it. We haven't been back yet as we were passing by so I cannot rate them after this.

The late night drive through has horrible service the elderly man and woman there have the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had they messed up with my order and when it came time to fix it tried to engage in a argument with the customer thank god we just would not and definitely wouldn’t argue back we just were scared to eat from her and him and asked for refund then the manager wouldn’t give us a full refund after she said we drink from the soda which was maybe a sip but we wouldn’t have drink any of it if we knew our order would be wrong and we would have gone through that
