Really nice ice cream shop, lots of different options to choose from along with toppings too. Reasonably priced and they have seating inside and outside. They do have restrooms to use. Located right next to walnut street bridge.

The concept is great. (You pick topping to mix into your ice cream.) The toppings are great. The ice cream is what you’d expect. The issue is the machine they use to mix all your toppings into the ice cream disintegrates them so badly that you can’t even tell if they are in there. It kind of just turns the chocolate or vanilla ice cream into a new creation flavor. So instead of tasting chunks like a DQ blizzard it’s just a new flavor of soft serve ice cream. Not sure if I explained that well. Not bad ice cream just kind of misses the mark with the concept.

Made a visit to the Ice Cream Show based on the reviews and I have to say I was not disappointed! I am a soft serve junkie and I could probably make a different combo everyday and be satisfied. They were busy but the line moved swiftly. The employees and other customers were friendly. Take a walk across the old railroad or enjoy the music outside. This is a can’t miss!

We traversed the pedestrian bridge over the Tennessee River, and it was great to look forward to a special ice cream treat. This was decent ice cream, but mostly the location make this an experience to not miss.

You choose either a chocolate or vanilla base, then specify from a long list of flavors and ingredients which blend together to make your unique flavor. It was very good, but both my wife and I included caramel yet neither of us could taste it in the final product.

I had the chocolate ice cream with blackberry. It was really good! There is only vanilla and chocolate, but you can put all kinds of other stuff in it. Not the cheapest, but unique and good. Get an ice cream then walk over the Walnut St. bridge with it.

This was an unexpected treat after taking a long walk along the river walk. The cashier was so friendly. 1700 combinations! You choose your base of vanilla, chocolate ice cream, yogurt or even a dairy free ice cream. Then add your toppings! They mix it all together, like a blizzard, and serve it in one of their homemade waffle cones or a cup. It was refreshing and tasty.
I can't imagine what everyone's talking about. The bad atmosphere, slow service and very bland and ordinary ice cream were all disappointing (and overpriced). The only thing, in my opinion, this shop has going for it is the location right off the bridge. It really isn't good.

My husband and I heard about it through a couple friend of ours as a “must have” in downtown Chattanooga and oh my, we had an amazing experience there! Cute and simple atmosphere, super friendly staff and the ice cream is just amazing!!! We loved it and definitely will be back!

While visiting with a friend who lives in this area, he took me here to get some ice cream before we walked through the downtown area. The service was excellent, and the ice cream tasted great. The employees were friendly and efficient. This is a must-do experience for everyone who visit Chattanooga.

My wife and I along with our two kids stopped in on a Wednesday evening after checking out the Walnut Street Bridge. After getting a helpful explanation from the guy at the counter on what and how to order, we all opted for waffle bowls filled with delicious ice cream and our toppings blended in (toppings aren't sprinkled on top, which is nice!). This ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. It was a little on the pricey side, but that's to be expected for an ice cream shop of this caliber in this location. We would definitely go here again!
