I was in the area for a sporting event and got the opportunity to go Neato Burrito for dinner with my family. I have told them it was the best Burrito that I’ve ever had so returning 25 years later to find them same great taste and service. You had to go if you get the chance.I couldn’t take anything away for this but I did miss the 40+ hot sauce options from 25 years ago.

AMAZING BURRITOS!!! Best burrito spot in the area hands down.
The Cowboy Crunch was amazing. The people are really friendly. The only downside is the seating. They only have booths. I am a large person, and I don't fit in them. If they just had one or two tables, that would be great.Parking: They don't have too many spaces to park. I'm afraid that on a busy day, people will have to park a distance from the restaurant.

Went in for a burrito for my first time ever here. The nice lady behind the counter explained it all to me. I ordered a pork burrito with Spanish rice, salsa, pinto beans, and onions.I also got a bottle of orange soda.The burrito was good. But not excellent. It was packed full of deliciousness. I was definitely full after I ate. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars.

Update 2-3-24 I was there today and forgot you had a rewards program until after the transaction was completed. I asked if it could be added and was told no, which I completely understand. But when I mentioned to the person that maybe they should mention the rewards program when ringing out people, their response was yeah ok. As a customer service manager I find that terrible customer service. Anywhere I go that has a reward program almost always asks or mentions it at checkout.Maybe your employees need some additional customer service training. Asking your customers if they know about it have already joined your rewards program is good business practice and may actually keep people coming back. Please have your employees speak up about the rewards program. I spent over $50 today there and would've liked to get those reward points! Love Neato Burrito! Great, fresh food at a good price! Staff is always friendly

Out of all the Neato's I've been to over all the years, this one is by far the best one in the area. Great service, great atmosphere, and most importantly, great food. They hook you up out here, too. That was easily the biggest amount I've been served at a neato ever, and neato serving sizes are already pretty big. Definitely the most bang for your buck out here.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options at every neato are what vegetarians crave everywhere else

My spouse and I just ordered 2 Beef Burritos from here and had it delivered via DoorDash. We remember eating here years ago and really enjoying our food but not this time. There were multiple issues...1 was dripping all over the place, coming out of the burrito which made the burrito extremely soggy. The other one was okay and not dripping and the ingredients were the same in both besides onion. There was no taste at all while eating them. Not even salt. It was very bland. We ordered Spanish Rice in ours and at the very least would have assumed that would have given it something. Overall, very disappointed. $14 for each burrito and expected so much more.
