First of all, to be fair, I'm not a huge Panera fan. My wife luvs it but I think it's typically over priced. That being said, I usually go along for the ride and order something when she wants food from Panera. 9 times out of 10, I get a grilled cheese and tomato soup. Easy enuf. Food is always good but portions continue to diminish while prices go the other way. Got the pick 2 tonight, to go, and this what I came home to. I would like thank Kiera and the entire staff at Jonestown road for taking care of our lunch today when we accidentally arrived at the drive up and realized that we had forgotten our cards. Your generosity was not necessary and greatly appreciated. We will certainly be returning and will recommend this specific location to all of our family and friends.

I enjoyed my breakfast here because the food was new to me as well as being able to enjoy my company in a rather empty restaurant. I especially enjoyed Sandy’s service and her giving me the complimentary tea and pastry that came with me sister’s subscription to one of their plans.
