We really like this place. If you order online you can get some really good deals. The place is not far from our house. Usually by the time we go to pick it up, it is already done. The people are also very friendly to us when we pick it up....But one time when we opened up the box the cheese was sliding off the pizza, and sometimes it can be a little overdone. It was really crispy when we ordered the original crust, which is supposed to be chewy, which is the way we like it. But when we called about it, the manager was very nice about it, and gave us a voucher for a free pizza.Parking: Parking is right outside the building, it usually is not busy when we go there.Wheelchair accessibility: There is part of the sidewalk that is flat, for a wheelchair to get up to the building. But the doors do not open automatically. So that might be a problem for some people.

Messed up my order by sending raw food. Called for a refund, was told 5-7 business days for it to be on my card. It never came. Called back and got hung up on. Still not refund and was told to call corporate. They did nothing and blamed management. On and on we go and no resolution. No accountability and a waste of time and money to eat here. Won't ever visit another store after this incident.
