Guess this is PHO99 now, but the food here is horrible. No flavor at all. When I bought up to waiters about the horrible taste (right when the plate came out) they did not try to accommodate. Thought maybe I would give another try. Figured maybe it was just the choice of dish but because of how rude they were I will never come back to PHO99 again. In my opinion try somewhere else. If you like eating bland food, or food that was seemed to be picked straight from the ground and put on your plate this is the place for you!

I have tried tons of pho places and once I found Miss Saigon I was hooked! The pho broth is spectacular, always flavorful and the ingredients are fresh. It is a quiet spot but the food is consistently delicious. I also love the spring rolls here! Especially the grilled pork summer roll. You will not be disappointed. This is my all time Favorite pho spot in Central PA. :)

A good bowl of pho. I like that they bring out the plate of vegetables.

I am comparing this to Vietnamese Garden. This place I would say has better beef soup than Vietnamese Garden. Also, the vegetables that come with it is better. They actually give me basil!! I keep asking in Vietnamese Garden, but they are always confused that I give up. I would have given this a 4, but Vietnamese Garden's Spring rolls are so much superior than here. The ones here are rather small, and do not taste that great. Although they have great peanut sauce. Conclusion: If you want beef noodle soup, come here. If you are looking for Spring rolls, head to 3rd and Reily for Vietnamese Garden (I usually order 3 for lunch!)

The Pho broth was too salty and didn't allow for the flavor of the broth to stand out at all... It was pretty menial...

i really think this is the worse vietnamese food i ever had. after driving almost the whole day, we made a turn to this street and saw asian stores so we figured we should just have asian food instead of the usual american brunch were looking for. the place looks new and we were excited that maybe, this place is a hidden gem out of the city i loved. i looked at the price and blown away how they cost much more than the food price in queens and this is harrisburg downtown (close to a ghost town) - nothing compared to nyc! i'm not only saying the pho that i ordered was bad but also, the house special fried rice has the same problem. the pho beef is out of this world! i can't put where the taste of that beef were from. the taste is not beefy at all! i mean what kind of a cow is it? wooh! i'm not being picky. it was what it was - not good at all. it was a relief when i searched that this is not the only vietnamese restaurant in harrisburg. harrisburgians - there are other vietnamese restaurants in the area - you may want to miss, miss saigon.
