The pan pizza I ordered was absolutely terrible. I threw most of it in the trash. The pizza was not made to order. I asked for extra sauce and received pretty much NO sauce at all. There was a tiny bit up by the crust where I usually don't eat that part anyways. The pizza was basically cheese bread. A total waste of my hard earned money. I will never purchase anything from Pizza Hut again.

This place is the most ghetto ratchet place ever everytime i order from here since the old manager jelithza left my order is always wrong they need to bring her back....then when i called im the lady sat there and lied to my face saying she called me three times like i cant see my own call log pizza and wings were so undercooked and still had waited a whe hour just to get undercooked food they need to hire better ppl or close down for good already smh will never order here again

The last time I went they made my order wrong and it was burnt. By the time I got home and realized, the shop was 5 minutes from closing so I couldn't go back. I contacted them three times over the next two weeks for a refund or to have it remade and was ignored every time. Previous visits were much the same. I've had an order cancelled on me because they overcooked my pizza and didn't feel like remaking it. Don't bother going to this location they clearly don't care. I only go to Domino's now.

Everything was messed up. Wings had no sauce when I requested hot wings with sauce included. Ordered a Ginger ale and it was cherry Pepsi. I spent $46 bucks for this order. Never again. Smh. I never do reviews but I'm pissed.

The pizza was okay the person on the phone was polite! Previously the guy on the phone was a smart butt. They need to put up a sign on the main door to go to the door on the front or other side he spoke to us as if we were supposed to know that. My son wanted to go to Pizza Hit so we did and I probably won’t be going again! I love Two Brothers Pizzeria in the High Pointe shopping center

Food arrived within the appropriate timeline, but every item was cold. Not room temperature. Cold. Like it had all been sitting out for an hour. Awesome Friday night delivery. Thanks, Pizza Hut, for 4 boxes of cold cardboard!
