If you want Caribbean food and this the only place you know get your favorite drink but the food is bland or over cooked.

Now their name might be misleading as there's plenty more to grub on here than rice and beans! Coming here it was all about that delicious bowl mix with some veggies meat and rice as you really can't go wrong with that stew like concoction! They also had empanadas we had one that was filled with cheese it was yummy and different as I haven't had one before that only had cheese the meat one was just perfect as well had a good flavor to it and a good crunch to the outside of the fried goodness! Their plantains were also yummy as deliciously hot when I got them as you really can't go wrong when they are fresh! Overall this was a mellow little spot with some yummy flavors and a total Latin vibe that really hit the spot on this given night with that said hopefully I'll get here again at some point because those flavors were just right!

First time here since we are not from the area and we don’t regret choosing this place. Food was amazing. Great taste. Portions are big and the service s a song. Definitely coming back.

They have a lot where you can go ahead and park your vehicle free of charge. Upon entering the diner I noticed that the place was clean and there was a lot of movement, so patrons coming and going. I ordered some yellow rice and gandules as well as pigs feet and chicharrones. The food was delicious and the portion was average size. The price for the meal and the associated drink was more than reasonable for the portion size. Overall I would return for another lunch or dinner. They had more than sufficient staff to manage it's patrons. While I was there the majority of orders that they fulfilled were all take out.

Not Mexican!!! Def Dominican/Puerto Rican fare. Totally yummy. Rice, beans, chicken, pork, fish all the ways only Spanish people can make them. The portions are hefty, my Husband and I split one dish of rice, beans and chicken + bought and additional plate of that to go and our bill was only $28. We are coming back!

Chicken was excellent, savory, flavorful and plentiful portions. I picked up meals for me and 5 others on my way back to the office. All 6 of us want more, even the holdout who says he doesn't like Mexican food...!
Decided to try delivery from this place. We got a chicken dinner. The chicken was blande not at all what I was hoping for based on the marinated chickens I had growing up in Miami. I was surprised that t came with white rice. Maybe I should've looked at the pictures better. The beans were just ok. It was a decent size meal though I don't think anyone was that content with it. The tres leche cake looks really good. But I didn't have any of it. Unfortunately it got turned over at some point and some of the milk leaked out. Lastly I had ordered diet soda and we got regular soda instead. Not sorry I tried it but won't be trying it again.

Authentic Latin food Amazing see this layout of food. Reminds me of upper Jersey/NY/PR. The food was awesome and the taste was delicious. This was a Great experience of what I miss. So it diffently a must try if you're in this area. The price is reasonable.
