Never coming to this location again. I sent my mom with my card and cash for a drink order. Team member made a mistake, after I discovered it (a few days later) and went to speak to the manager, she said she couldn't find the order I was taking about (as if I made up the transaction). Over and over... I had the time/date/register of the order and the drink. After showing her I spend TONS of money at THIS particular location, she told me go call customer service. In case she forgot as manager she IS customer service.Not only did I call corporate customer service (though she didn't even give me the number), they took care of the card. I FOUND the sticker from my cup that day and went ALL the way back to the store. She was suddenly "NOT there"- a mere 20 minutes later.The rep who helped me called "someone" on the phone while pulling up the receipt that they MAGICALLY found though it is a different time, different register, etc.Do we seriously treat customers as if they are trying to steal stars from Starbucks? Do we keep people's money and pretend we put it on their rewards card? Do we not come back out and face the customer after she returns with PROOF of purchase? Well, apparently at this location they do.I will NEVER go to this location again. Trust me, drive the extra few minutes and go on Jonestown Road. They are always kind, smiling, and correct any mistake.

The coffee is good, but the workers are rude. The whole time I was ordering the cashier had an attitude.

Horrible customer service, considering it was early in the morning. I had to tell the lady she didn’t have to give me a nasty dirty look. Just completely rude as can be doesn’t deserve to work there.

Update: I returned two weeks ago to redeem my free birthday drink. This time, service was flawless! the woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful. I also met the manager who is very nice. Hopefully, the positive experiences will continue (even when the manager is absent).
