Horrible wait at this location! Doesn't matter what time of the day. You look at the line with 1 person and you think...oh it won't take long...15mins later you're still waiting. Order in the app..arrive when it's supposed to be done...wait up to 28
The service at this Starbucks is less then on brand. I frequent here often and have had a few encounters of poor customer service. However, I was told today at around 1pm I would have to wait 15-20 minutes for 1 coffee because of the influx of orders. There was maybe 5 people inside and 5 cars in the drive through. I know they have online ordering but in person customer should be just as important.
