I've worked in the restaurant business and I must give the manager, Dev, some major credit. He is the only person running this location ALL DAY, and he's killing it. My mom and I appreciated his service loads and the subs and cookies were, as always, wonderful. Thanks Dev!

Stay away from this subway. Got a 6” tuna sub, bun toasted and it was hard as a rock and hardly any tuna in it. My fiancé ordered it for me I was not with him. I took the sub back to show them how hard it was and hardly any tuna in it and maybe three pieces of lettuce in it. They would not make me a new sub and total ignored me. I asked if they were going to make me a new sub and the guy said absolutely not. Both employees went in the back room and totally ignored me. I have been going to this subway for years and never had a problem. Beware stay away there are other subways around the area!!

Poor customer service by Spanish and mixed worker in there week of Oct 1st around 1pm, very rude and got the order wrong, I told her and she insisted that it was right, very short tempered. Took my order then other customer’s and made me wait while she finished his order.I paid then went to check before leaving and sure enough she had given me the other customer’s sub.Neither worker apologized, simply told the other customer to give me the one that was mine.Horrible service. I’d rate less than one star, I will not return. Sandwich barely had any meat…money wasted.

The service was terrible. The lady was very rude and rushed me out the door when there is no one in the restaurant keep in mind it's only 1 o'clock and I'm in the food industry myself and I consider this unprofessional.

Andre very helpful, if we havent decided what to get, he always suggests items we didnt even know Subway offered. Bread was perfectly fresh, amount of meat on sandwich was great, too. Due to our work schedule, we love that they are open later than most places! Our experiences have all been good to date.

Just experienced extremely poor customer service. Wouldn't honor coupon unless ordered online. Went out to car and they store listed as "closed". Girl said the online ordering was turned off. So I didn't order anything, nor will I ever come here again. I'm sure the coupon code could have been entered at register. Just lazy unprofessional employees

Current owner since June 2021. Recently reopened after an overnight water leak. We are striving to be a better version of Subway than you may have experienced in the past. Our family company has been operating Subways since 1994. We currently operate in nine counties in PA. We truly believe Subway has good food when made with care. First the good news: the two young men working this Sunday evening were polite, professional, apologetic, and accommodating.The bad news: At 5:30 PM on a Sunday they were out of tuna (2 of 3 subs couldn’t be made). Wanted to order a meatball sub as an alternative….sorry, only 1 meatball left. Italian bread roll….stale. The one meatball sub that we did get, had a burned meatball and was on stale bread. Didn’t get cucumbers because they looked like they were frozen and mushy.Next time, I’m going to the family owned pizza and sub place next door.

Was here last night and had one of my greats experiences I have had at any restaurant in along time the two young men where getting ready to close up as it was a late night for me and needed to grab a quick bite they where very nice and accommodating and even though we where there very late we didn’t feel pressured or rushed was just an overall great experience! Wish I would have got there name to let management know how great they where!

The quality is really bad. these places were so numerous even in the little town where I lived there were four of them within a one-mile radius.now there's only two of them but the quality of the meat and the bread and even the vegetables are very poorit's designed to make money for the owner I get that but it's my last choice if there's nothing else I'll eat it but it's really bad.
