Corner neighborhood bar. No frills. No taps. No food. Hood music and relaxed vibe. One of the last smoking bars. Take out beer is available at a reasonable price, but you won't find craft beers. Don't be scared to stop in, the people are people. :)

Quick friendly service. Easy in and out over a one hour lunch break. Breakfast available all day. Good food and good portions. I especially like the salads.

We are frequent visitors of Roxy's. With out a doubt—the BEST hidden treasure in Harrisburg for breakfast. Their omelets are outstanding!! The service is good and great spot to visit for either lunch or breakfast.
