We did the drive-thru last year and it took almost 30 despite the fact that there were only 5 cars in front of us in line.Tonight we went in and there were only 2 other people waiting in for orders so I had high hopes. Ordered on the kiosk, waited a little over 20 minutes, and then the screen said my order was ready. I went to the counter and our food wasn't there. Order then disappeared from screen. I flagged down an employee to ask about my food. I basically had to tell him everything in my order, he proceeded to open various wrapped burgers at his station looking for our food. I had to repeat everything and he still messed it up. I went back up to the counter to get it corrected and the manager was arguing with the next person in line. That customer was mad that it took so long for someone to take their order. The manager argued that it would have slowed down the employees to come help them sooner. I eventually got the correct food and left.I won't be going back to this location. They need to fix how they operate. If a manager and 5 employees can't handle these orders they may not be fit for a career in fast food.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about, but I have no issues with this Wendy's. I've been to all the Wendy's around this town and this is the best by far. The staff is always nice and the food is great. Thanks to everyone at this location.

Avoid this location!!! I pulled into the drive thru a couple months ago at 11:45pm on a Saturday night and I was told they were closed. Next time I went, the worker informed me they're open until 1am. I just drove through the drive thru at 11:49pm and was informed that they were closed. There were 3 vehicles in front of me yelling at the staff that were just standing in the drive thru window ignoring us on a Saturday night! I have gone to this location on Saturdays in the past after midnight recently and they were open. I think this is a case of not wanting to work and the staff decides to close early. I'll NEVER return to this location again. (To note, Google also states they're open until 1am on top of the staff member that said the same)

Drive thru experience not the best. Did receive food, but it was not what we ordered.
COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY ORDER AND I EVEN FIXED THEM TWICE AND STILL MANAGED TO MISS 3 ITEMS, 2 WRONG DRINKS AND NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND GET WHAT I ORDED. NEVER GETTING WENDY'S

We went through the drive-thru and had done our order on the app. When we got to the window we waited 5 minutes and then they gave us our pumpkin. Then we waited 12 more minutes for our food. I guess they are under staffed. What ashame because when they first opened it was wonderful. We didn’t see anyone who looked remotely happy.

I’ve eaten here a few times on the way home in the evening and every time has been slow poor service and food that has made me very sick after eating. Would not recommend eating before a long drive with no bathroom.
