My girlfriend and I are constant customers and we've given this place a lot of chances over the last 6 months. One consistent thing that we've been observing is that the service here is just absolutely terrible.Sure, you 'can' have good experiences here, but god-forbid you have any issues with the food or make any special requests such as some kind of sauce with your fries. Lily, a frequent bartender at night we've had, WILL make you feel like everything you ask for (even drinks on the menu) is a huge inconvenience for her at every opportunity. There will be items on the menu, such as maybe pickles, that are just not available but your server will not feel the need to notify you of that any point, - THEN give you attitude for wondering why you weren't told about that as soon as they knew.The service is lazy and clearly and simply does not care about what's going on, who is there, or what they need. This is clearly perpetuated from the top-down due to the manager, Colleen. She has no idea how an effective front of the house staff should be run. Colleen herself as a manager can especially very easily become incredibly emotional and irrational when you just simply want to calmly state your concerns as a frequent customer.The service issue at this restaurant is systemic and it's a real shame because it can be easily avoided. The food is great, the atmosphere is awesome, but there is so much negativity littered amongst the service staff here that loyal customers such as my girlfriend and I will no longer patron this Harrisburg staple...Theo, the owner, needs to seriously evaluate his staff selection here if he wants this place to survive. Atmosphere will only go so far but it's the people there, - and how they interact with other people, that really have the ability to make this place a stellar, or horrible experience...We're consistently extremely disappointed I'm our experiences with this place.

I am in the restaurant as I am writing this. I ordered the buffalo mac and cheese and holy **** its amazing! Had to leave a review before I finish it because its so good. Staff is great and friendly. Beer is great too!

Been here a handful of times. Generally a great place to come visit. Need to rework or get rid of the pizza on Wednesday. Had this on my most recent visit and if it were my first, I would not come back. Love the pretzel and cheese and Smash Burger.
First time visiting this location for Zeroday. The beer is consistently good. There is a variety of styles, so if you like beer, chances are you'll be able to find one (or more) to your liking. This was also the first time i visited since Zeroday started offering their own food menu. I had the salmon BLT. Not something you usually see on a menu, so I was definitely interested in trying it. I wasn't disappointed in my choice. The salmon and bacon were cooked perfectly. It was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back to try other menu items, and of course, for the beer.

Wonderful establishment! Colleen was an amazing server, although I disagree on her position on chips being put in bowls. This did not affect her service, however, and she was so pleasant! Absolutely wonderful service and food!

My new favorite spot in Harrisburg. They have really good drinks, which were about $12. The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I’ve been wanting come here for a minute and I actually got some studying done. It’s perfect to hang out with friends and grab a drink. Not crowded at all, no waiting for a bartender and it’s much bigger than you would think.
