I did drive thru with them a few times and I had come across with the same situations so I had to write a review about it. First of all staff is very rude starting with taking orders to picking up your food. There’s no smile or no greetings like thank you, have a good day or whatever. Even I said have a good day ever time I was leaving I just got the window slammed at my face.Second, I get nuggets for my son. I guess it wasnt cooked enough. Nuggets were cold in the middle.
Drive thru gave me only half the things we ordered, and they didn’t give me a receipt. When I tried to call to get a refund for my missing items, the phone wouldn’t go through. Tried calling Customer Service number, was waiting upwards of a half hour, ended up just hanging up. Please do better.

I’ve tried to order breakfast here TWICE yet when I get there at 7am (they open at 6:30am) they tell me no and to come back at 8 despite already having it placed on the mobile app and paying for it. Workers are lazy and disrespectful thankfully Dunkin donuts is across the street. Worst Wendy’s on the planet!
