This place is unprofessional, filthy and should be closed by the local heath department. They did not open according to published hours. When I called she apologized and said she changed the hours to open at 4:00pm. I returned at 4pm only to find them still closed. I called and complained because I'd purchased a "non-refundable" Groupon. I watched from my car as she hurried from the apartment upstairs to open up around 4:15pm. She still had no cook! I entered and the place was filthy. Greasy grime was all over the floors and baseboards. Tables was smeared as if a dirty, greasy rag was used to wipe them off. The owner was yelling at me and telling me to do whatever but she would not call Groupon and tell them to refund my money. She said she would cook something for me herself if I waited another hour. I said I just wanted a refund. She flailed her arms about and said do whatever I want to do, but she would not give a refund. This business should be shut down! The health department should inspect it immediately as I am sure it would fail.

Odd hrs, street parking is a pain, but good food and good service. Food takes a while to cook, so be sure to call ahead.

Great food and great atmosphere. A very relaxing small place to have a nice dinner or lunch. I've been eating here for years. The Pad Thai is excellent.

I waited some time before writing this review, did not want to make it emotional- All that I am gonna say is, whatever happened to this place since the last time I ate there (maybe 2 years ago) until present day, is strange. It was just a bizarre occurance of a take out order that left me feeling weird. The vibe is off and it just left a bad taste in my mouth. The food was fine enough, apps felt like just frozen food reheated, soups were good. The customer interaction was as odd as they come. Without saying what I really feel like, I will leave it at - definitely not a place I will ever return to. Read through all the reviews before you decide to purchase food here - I have found a lot of similar reviews. Nothing about this felt like authentic Thai food or welcoming or that my business was appreciated. Some things just aren't meant to be. Worst part, I gave a generous tip before hand (grubhub) because it was Christmas, had I known, would have just flipped it to a niece or nephew who appreciate me.

Not a fan. Food was bland. Tough parking. Wait was a while. Food finally came and it wasn’t busy ? Came highly recommended by a friend and he too said things were different. Maybe new management ? Odd. I may return again.

If you are looking for a secret place, this place is that spot. If you adore Mom and Pop restaurants with a pallette for creativity, do not look any further outside of this menu.I called in trying to find some vegan options since everything sounded amazing. The family went above and beyond to make sure what I ordered was vegan. They even called me back to verify what I could and could not eat for clarification even though there was a language barrier. They made sure to double check in person the second day. They made me feel as if I was home and the flavors were fresh and made with love.It was like fine dining made with comfort. The prices you can not beat anywhere for those portions And flavors. The menu was definitely made by a Chef with an awesome pallet for creativity which is meticulously refined. The dishes are homemade from what I ordered down to the peanut sauce. Mouthwatering.Buns are not vegan....but I was told they are made from scratch and they are vegetarian if you don't add meat.Authentic Thai Cuisine in my opinion. Just the spicy peanuts alone with these Thai limes. Wow.The rice is flavorfully fresh and seasoned. The summer wraps are a breath of fresh air.I had to order two days in a row for how addicted I am. If I was not from out of town, this would be my go to spot a couple times a week.

The food and service is excellent. I love this place. It’s my “go to” for dinner with my wife.

It's all right. Pad Thai was cloyingly sweet, but maybe that's just how people around here like it. Crispy duck had a nice flavor but the breading was too . . . Floury? I don't know, something wasn't quite right. Pork bun was good, though could have had a bit more flavor. 3.5 overall. You're probably better off ordering from Sugar and Spice.

5 stars. Great delicious food with friendly service. Gave us free desert. So nice. Also, don’t trust google if you can’t make a reservation online, just call them :)
