Rude, over priced and never EVER gets an entire order correct. Their drive through speaker is so low you can't even hear what they're saying, and it didn't help that the man on the drive through is extremely difficult to understand. They messed up our order, due to the fact that they man taking the order's English was horrible, then had the audacity to get nasty to us. Nope. Never again. I'll stick to the Dunkin in Honesdale PA, thank you very much.

The management at this Dunkin’ Donuts are absolutely morons. They have no training to run any type of food service industry. They cannot get an order right at all and when they’re wrong they’ll give you an attitude like how dare you not just take the messed up order. The women Tina at the drive through window has a horrible attitude EVERYTIME I go. really bad service, food is bad. Drinks are never made on time or made correctly. Worse Dunkin I have ever been to in my life save your money, drive to Honesdale.
Ridiculously expensive. Do they realize the average household income here? No wonder it’s always empty! They also silently hand you your food in total silence, a bare minimum “have a good day” or anything at all would help!

Wonderful people who remade my drink perfectly after I brought it back because it wasn't right. No problems at all with having to remake it, lovely people! Don't get mad at them for making drinks wrong we're all human, and they're super nice and will probably remake it if you explain whats wrong.Much thanks!

Seems like only the people with bad things to say will review haha. This dunkin is nice. I've had two or three mess ups out of 30+ visits so far, so overall they are a good place. All of the people I've experienced here have been friendly, and the service is pretty fastI think maybe there is one person here who wasn't trained right on how to make frozen coffees, because occasionally it will be straight coffee syrup and the espresso I add. No cream. It's not undrinkable, but it was pretty nasty hahaA good dunkin, happy to have one close to home

Pulled up to the ordering screen and no vehicles were ahead of me. Waited for a min or two and had to say something to get a response. The response was, “be with you shortly.” Waited, and waited, 5 cars behind me. Placed order and pulled up to window and the only person working was the girl on shift. The guy with glasses just stood around, looked out the window and went on his phone. Disgraceful.
