“Without question, Pat's on the Heights KNOWS Breakfast! Such a cozy little restaurant "on the Heights" in Hazleton, PA. My omelet was so good, I forgot to take a photo! Accompanied by perfectly golden potatoes and really good toasted rye, I was in omelet heaven! I mostly don't care for green peppers, however, a friend ordered peppers and onions in his potatoes. The peppers must have been in a brine because those home fries smelled so good! Next time, I will try this.Eggs are a simple food. Preparing them well is a skill honed over many years. “I’m from out of town and saw the good reviews so we stopped in for breakfast. Was busy and staff was kind to us. Everything was great: waffle, potatoes, eggs, sausage - the sausage I’ve never had sausage taste quite this good. Overall great experience, thank you!“
