Great food I had a classic cheese burger with fries and a drink. Place was clean I like all the TV's around and the mirrors I will be back . server was quick to take my order and very polite . When I was done eating she was very quick to help and get my check and send me on my way . Thanks I had a great meal.

This place seemed like a nice family place so we stopped to eat with our babies. This place should really be looked at . and not in a good way. first of all , my pot roast and my husbands brisket was COLD! COLD it was so alarming, we got no appetizers so it’s not like just timed it wrong, my gravy couldn’t run or even hit the plate it was stiff thick and chunkymy caesar salad was brown! i literally told my husband i was afraid to eat itand my plate with my actual food pot roast ,.. was dirty. like with old food matter all along the rim of the plate and the bottomit was truly disgusting fr y’all i’m not lying

Salad arrive and I asked Alexis, are you sure this is blue cheese dressing? She looked at it and said Yes B.C.Honestly, it looked like 1000 island with some crumbles added. Then after a long while, the steak and loaded potato arrived. Alexis warned me ‘the plate is very hot’. I cut into the steak and it was perfectly prepared. Then ate a piece, it was almost stone cold. Tried the potato and found it in nearly the same condition. At this point you’re probably thinking, why didn’t you complain? Been there done that and there’s almost no good way to recover when foods sat under a warming light for too long. I don’t blame the server, as I said it’s a systemic issue.It wasn’t the middle of December, the restaurant wasn’t overly filled to capacity and a greyhound bus hadn’t arrived just before my coming in. Options, next trip, give them a second chance. Anyone can have a bad day or un-tick the want to go box. Haven’t decided…

I hadn't eaten at a Damon's in 25 years, and still remembered how delicious their ribs were from when I was a kid, so I was extremely excited to see it when we stopped by on our way up to NY. It must be in the genes though, because my daughters both wanted to stop again the next evening on our way back home...and we did.

Goodbye Damon's Grill! After being a faithful customer for over 5 years, to be treated so poorly is quite sad. We stuck with you even during the Covid shutdown. Service time has been getting long of late, but... We recently waited for over 35 minutes in a NEAR EMPTY restaurant for a simple order for two people. Others came after us and were served long before us. When speaking to the manager we were treated very disrespectfully, with a little condescension on the side. So much for being a loyal customer.
