What happened to The J Zapata food truck in Drums. Ive been going there 10yrs anytime im trucking through. I can see why with construction going on with a new place across from pilot truck stop. It's weird seeing the yellow truck gone ? owner was a cool dude . Also been to the other truck location in Hazleton on Can-do-expressway before they left location.

The woman who waited on me was so nice and it was only a 5 minute wait for fresh food. Get the beef quesadilla! Atomsophere, well its in the mall but theres lots of seating.

Best Mexican food in the area. Don't listen to the reviews on other Mexican businesses in the Hazleton, PA area. Had them all, but J Zapata is the best! Family friendly and prices are worth the quality

I love this food. I got the beef quesadilla and it never disappoints. This is the best quesadilla I have ever had and I would keep coming back just for it. We also got fried chicken for my picky eater and it was made fresh. And the empanadas were really good too. The person working was also very kind and patient. Definitely recommend!!

Good authentic Mexican food at its best. Great service. Orange salsa is really hot but good! Clean and decorated to fit the food. Always enjoy our meals!
The first and only time I've eaten from this establishment was from a food truck. I wanted a specific plate and he didn't have it so I settled for another plate. I wasn't really impressed,but in his defense I never really ate authentic Mexican, so I have to say the food was fresh and hot. I have not eaten at any of the brick and mortar restaurants, don't know if I will. The service at the truck was fast. The truck had a little plexiglass covering so you were out of the weather and it was clean.

The quesadillas at this place are absolutely crazy. Super filling and suuuper good, like almost addicting. I haven't eaten other food there, so idk about anything else, but i def recommend the quesadillas!! The worker there didn't look on the best mood lol but it's understandable.Tbh some of the reviews on here are too much...like, yall just cuz someone isnt constantly smiling at u doesnt mean they have smt against u but whatever
