Pretty mediocre to be honest. Lots of rice in the burrito, ground beef instead of steak. Not a fan, but if what I described sounds good to you, then by all means!

What is there to say about J. Zapata that has not already been said? Spicy tacos Mexicanos, a tamal, an empana, and 2 burritos to take home for dinner - all fire. Drove up from Philadelphia specifically to come here. Again.

I followed a truck that said “Mexican food” all the way to Bigfoot country and found the best, full flavor, fresh ingredient, food experience ever! Go out of your way for this place, trust me, the atmosphere, the people, the food, 5⭐️s are not enough.

Found this gem next to a gas station that we stopped at on our drive back from cherry springs. Best tacos ever. The secret grandma sauce was banging. Would highly recommend!

This taco truck is wonderful. My sis and I pick it up as often as we can in our long journey back to NYC. Everything we tried is so delicious. So delicious in fact my friend in the car excitedly knocked my taco on the floor and I cried. Thank you J Zapata that just means I have to order more just in case this happens again!

I order the ground beef tacos they were pretty good and well cooked definitely was satisfied, this place really gets busy during the week especially in the evening hours when the truckers shut down for the day.

While on vacation, I wanted some good mexican food. After a quick search J Zapata was the clear choice. I had 3 spicy tacos mexicanos(pastor) and my husband had a chicken quesadilla. When I tell you that the food was delicious! It was delicious! All food is made to order but the wait was only around 10 minutes. I'm not going to lie, I could've had a lil more heat but that's only critique. My husband said we could've eaten here 5 times because the food was better than our previous night when we went out to dinner for our 27th wedding anniversary.
J Zapata is always a good choice for Mexican Street Tacos, Tortas, and Burritos. The same guy is cooking every time I come to this location and he does a fantastic job. As you can see from the pictures in the review, I come here often and have tried just about everything in their truck. The meat is always fantastic regardless of what you order. I like the al pastor the most but all the options are fantastic. They have two options for salsa. My favorite is the habanero salsa and it has a good punch. Definitely a great food truck.

I asked for extra sour cream on my burrito that’s already supposed to come with sour cream and they gave me no sour cream at all. This is the best part of the burrito. What a rip off. Not worth the money. I don’t recommend this place.
