Cross Pizza

Tried this new place tonight. Just went basic with a plain and a pepperoni pizza. I must say it was really good. Sauce didn't taste like it came from a jar and cheese was good quality. The dough was a nice thickness, cooked well, soft, and tasty. Will definitely go back to try other things. Saw the garlic knots under the heat lamps and thought "those look amazing! We were getting a couple of pizzas and sandwiches from our usual “go to “ pizza place in Hellertown. On a whim I decided to order an identical pizza from cross. It’s a new place and we had never tried it. Granted we got more pizza than we needed. I figured it was a small investment to an evaluate a new place. The area needs a neal restaurant and making use of that well known historic building in inspiring.Natives from the Lehigh Valley, South Philadelphia and the grand daddy .. the Bronx, prefer their pie on the well-done done .
